Fenugreek (Methi) also commonly Know for the Anti Diabetic
Fenugreek very Commonly used in India and Thailand , these leaves of the fenugreek plant that can be eaten as greens.
The leaves have a slightly bitter taste , which adds depth and gives a unique flavour to curries. Use them like spinach or chop them and add to soups and lentil curries.
Eating these leaves is known to help digestion , while the bitter taste is thought to help balance blood sugar.
Gulp a teaspoon ful of methi seeds with a glass of water dialy.
Soak the seeds overnight ,have the soaked water in the morning.
Methi is also used to make chutney , Methi can be eaten Sprouted ,Dried and Powdered or mixed them in Wheat Flour to make chapattis.
